What you are buying

A Little Box of Goodies lets you arrange personal notes, photos, drawings and voice recordings into a digital care package. Preparing and previewing a draft is free. A one-time payment of US$1 plus applicable taxes creates one shareable recipient link. The paid package is available for 365 days from payment. There is no subscription and no physical delivery.

Payment and access help

Include your order ID or receipt reference and a short description of the problem. If a payment looks incomplete, contact us before paying again. Please do not email full card details, passwords or private package contents.

Refund requests

If you were charged twice, did not receive access to your paid package, or believe a charge is incorrect, email us as soon as possible. We will investigate and arrange a refund for a duplicate charge or a failure to provide paid access that we cannot resolve. We assess other requests individually and honour applicable consumer rights.

CREEM processes our payments and may help with payment-related requests through the contact information on your receipt. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. When a purchase is refunded, access to its package may be withdrawn.

Privacy requests

Contact the same address for questions about your information or requests to access, correct or delete it. We may need to verify ownership before changing or deleting a package.
